We all know how important it is to be connected today. But as a creative person, I always felt that social media is a distraction from the creative process. Twitter, Facebook, blogging, etc., all take time away from the creative time I need to spend to give my clients the best design outcome they expect. So I take a breather, disconnect and unplug occasionally. That being said, I don’t expect to disconnect completely any time soon because that is the way of the world for now and in the future.
